Posting to VOX from Semagic

Comments

I found your Vox from Google searching semagic vox. I'm having the same problems as you are and I just downloaded the newest version of Semagic. It was just released a couple days ago. If you figure it out, I hope you can clue me in, because I've got no idea how to cross-post.

Sorry to respond to such an old post...I found my way here because I was having the same problem. I got Semagic to work for me this way. From the sign-in page I went to Server Settings and changed username to my Vox sign-in email (e.g., exampleusername@yahoo.com) instead of my Vox username. After that it worked fine. (So far.)
For some reason, that didn't work for me.

I can't use Semagic anymore, however, since I'm a Linux user now. Results are disappointing with Wine (a translator program) and it hasn't been ported over. For some reason, Linux programmers/coders have not addressed *anything* as far as a blogging client that is good as Semagic.

Scribefire (an extension for Firefox) works decently with LiveJournal, but features are limited and there is no support for VOX.
